Workshop Pranayama & Hips mobility into split, 10 September, 15:00 – 19:00.
The workshop consisting of two parts, the Ashtanga Pranayama sequence and we explore different openings in the balance to the front and central split. If you want to optimize your balance mobility and see a tangible result of certain postures, to be able to reduce back pain or improve your central or frontal split, this workshop is for you. Many yoga positions allow the muscles and tissues to be stretched around the back area. When the hips are closed / reduced mobility in the area, our body tends to compensate, increasing the load and overwork of the spine and further causing pain in the lower limbs. Practicing yoga of hip mobility through hip opening postures will help improve blood flow around the groin area, reducing back pain and increasing the entire range of movement. When I started my journey in yoga, I was not a gymnast, a ballerina or a dancer. In fact, I was a rigid person who acquired a defective posture in front of the laptop for 19 years 💯 and plus 5 years of college. Over time I have managed to build up my strength and flexibility and I believe that YOU can do it too!
In this 4-hour workshop, I will share with you breathing techniques and practical tools acquired as a Massage Therapist and in over 7 years of yoga practice to explore and penetrate deep into yoga postures to open hips, leave nd from Trikonasana to Lotus, pana The Ardha Kapotasana and Samakonasana/ Hanumanasana. 🙌 Breathing techniques / Pranayama, to energize and revitalize you physically, mentally and emotionally !! ️
This workshop is NOT addressed to yoga beginners!
