These 3 hours of workshop are suitable for beginners practicing and intermediate level. In this workshop, we explore the yoga poses to open the hips, starting from Trikonasana to Lotus, to Ardha Kapotasana, Samakonasana and Hanumanasana.
In yoga practice, balance plays an essential role in maintaining a structural balance in the body. Without proper opening of the hips, yoga practice remains restricted and deeper access to the opening of the area – “it makes us protect the area by opening positions”. By opening, stabilizing and strengthening the balance, we can have “better endurance” and perhaps deeper and meaningful experiences, because the balance is connected with the emotional center of the body and with the Svadhisthana Chakra that is responsible of creativity, desire and pleasure. Negative emotions and thinking patterns (programs) stored in the balance area can facilitate fear, trauma, inability to love self and clinging to past actions.
